Amazing industrial design, alcove studio located in a hip area with Franklyn av. Lots of coffee shops and bars near by, also nearby Propsect Park and Brooklyn Botanical Garden. Lots of natural light because of the big windows! I’m moving out due to personal reasons and unfortunately can’t stay here anymore, but highly recommend this gem. The building is super clean, there’s a maintenance guy who keeps everything is perfect state, and the neighbors are a great community.
