Hi ladies, I am looking for a sublease takeover starting Feb 15, 2025 through May 31, 2026 (15.5 months). This is the smallest room in the apartment and the cost associated with it. Fees:
$1,730 monthly rent
$1,730- security deposit
$820 - apartment moving in fee, application fee, background check fee
$300 - shared living room furniture fee (if you have furniture for the living already this fee can be discussed)
$4,580 = Total for move-in

Utilities:
- Water is included in rent
- Around $30 Internet a month per person
- $50-150 a month per person for Electricity, including heat & ac, depending on the time of year. You can control your own heat/ac in your room

About your roommates:
- Vanessa (32) works from home as a consultant and loves to travel, hike, explore new restaurants and cocktail bars, workout and try various new classes. She enjoys to be out and meet new and interesting people. Vanessa is super friendly, social, kind, thoughtful, respectful, and clean. She ensures to keep all common areas clean and tidy after using anything.
