I am looking for someone to take over my spacious room in my 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment for March 1. The rent of the bedroom is $1275 You will be signing a one year lease with just one roomate, and she is a 27 years old and works downtown for a nonprofit. She has a yellow lab mix dog that is adorable and friendly. She works from home on Mondays and Fridays. Management is not accepting guarantors. About the Room: • Rent: $1275/month ($2550 total but split equally with roommate) • fits a queen-sized bed. • Deep closet with ample storage space for all your belongings. •The room also comes with an air conditioning unit I will sell to you if you would like it!
