'One-bedroom flex' means it is currently a one-bedroom apartment, yet the unit is designed and zoned to be a two bedroom, if desired.
Currently there is one bedroom, and another room that I use as an office is connected to the living room without a wall. Manhattan Park (the management company) can add a full wall turning the office into a second bedroom if desired. If converted to a two-bedroom apartment, the living room and all bedrooms will still have broad wall-to wall windows and light, just not as open a feel as the current open plan. I like the open 180-degree views, it is extremely beautiful and peaceful. So I left it as it is, with the open plan. Your choice to leave it as it is, or make a change.

This is a five-month sublet from March 1st, 2025 through August 1st, 2025.
It is extremely likely (99% chance) that you will be able to extend the sublet after that time - for another year through August 2026 or later - including taking over the lease if desired. The new sublet after August 1st 2025 will be an entirely contract as I do not know the sublet amount per month. I will receive an updated lease offer from management in June.

This unit can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The price of $3500 per month is for an unfurnished unit. If desired to be furnished, a furniture rental contract can be entered into for about an additional $500.

$3500 sublet is far below current market value, which is normally $4800 - $5,100 for a one bedroom flex or two bedroom unit in the complex.

This is a sublet, not assuming the lease for the first five months. Credit check, background check, prior rental references required as well as application to Manhattan Park leasing office as sublease.

No smoking allowed. No pets allowed, although authorized service dogs that meet ADA criteria can be submitted to the rental office for review, and likely approval.
