Greetings,
We are looking for one tenant (or couple) for our apartment in Inwood for 4 months, from the end of February to the end of June. I am a professor and will be away for the spring semester with my family.
The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Cloisters, half a block from the A train, and two blocks from the 1 train. The monthly rent is $1400 and includes heat and water. Con Edison and internet bills will need to be paid separately.
You will have full access to two out of the three rooms in the apartment. Preference will be given to someone who may be interested in returning for future stays and is open to me using the third room if I need to come back to NYC for an emergency (though this is very unlikely).
