In the heart of it all, adjacent to Barclays Center, Atlantic Terminal, and crossroads of Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Fort Greene and downtown Brooklyn.
You would take over the final month of our lease (March), then would be in position to sign a new lease from April onwards.

It is in close proximity to Barclay’s Center, with Downtown Brooklyn to the northwest and the tree-lined brownstones of Prospect Heights to the southeast.
Incentives
The $1000 security deposit has been prepaid by the current tenants. Per management rules on lease assignments, this deposit remains with the building and gets transferred to the incoming tenant.
As an incentive, we are willing to "give" this $1000 deposit to the incoming tenant, saving you a $1000 outlay now, and you could then ultimately claim it when you move out in future.
Additional fees
At the point we have found a lease assignee, we would reach out to our on-site leasing office and provide management (Brodsky) with the applicant's full name and email address so Brodsky can invite them to the online application for their assignment or request.
There is a $20 application fee per applicant, and management (Brodsky) will need to qualify the proposed subtenant/assignee like any other prospective renter.
Other info
We were recently offered a 12 month lease renewal (Apr 25 - Mar 26) at $6,250. This is not guaranteed to whoever takes over the lease, however it's indicative of the manage company's thinking. New tenant would negotiate the renewal rate directly with management.
