This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers comfort, convenience, and a prime location. Featuring modern amenities and plenty of living space, we’ve loved calling this place home but are looking for our lease to be taken over.

This apartment includes one larger bedroom and two medium sized bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with big closets, and can fit a queen bed and desk. The unit also has in-unit washer and dryer and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The living room is south facing and receives so much sunlight throughout the day.

The building and apartment is pet-friendly. This apartment is closest to the semi-finished communal rooftop space which has stunning views of the city. There is also: a communal backyard with grills, coworking spaces and lounges in the basement, a game room with pool table, bike storage, and a gym and fitness studio. The management company is also the most responsive we’ve all ever had. They are quick with fixes and are very respectful. Also worth noting they didn’t raise our rent last year when we resigned.

Located in the heart of Greenpoint, this apartment puts you just steps away from tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping. Plus, the Greenpoint Ave G Train stop is just a 3-minute walk away.

To take over the lease, you’ll have to submit an application (which had a $21 fee per person when we did it) with the following:

1) Most resent tax return
2) Proof of yearly combined income of 40x the rent (apartment monthly price multiplied by 40)
3) 3 most recent pay stubs
4) 3 most recent bank statements
5) job verification letter or signed job offer letter if applicable
