Hi everyone! I am subletting my room in a 3bd 1 bath, 4th floor walk-up apartment from 3/1 to 5/31. You would be subletting until the end of the lease with the option to renew.

Roommates: you would be sharing the apartment with two other women and a 4 year old fur baby (cat).

Rent: $1103.69 (utilities not included)

Room size: Large enough for full/queen size bed and desk. Large closet with built-in shelves. Room comes unfurnished but I can throw in essential furniture for a one-time fee (negotiable).

Amenities: Dishwasher & laundry in-unit; water and heat included in rent. WiFi (Verizon Fios) is $90 a month, split between all three roommates. Electric can range from $20 - $50 each depending on the season.

Transportation: A block away from the Church Ave B/Q, B35 bus, and a CitiBike rack. There's more transportation available via bus and citi bikes within a few blocks.

Grocery & Stores: Target and Food Bazaar within 10-15 min walk; halal butcher, local fresh markets & bodegas less than 10 minutes away; Trader Joe's is a 15 minute subway ride; we also do Costco orders!

This apartment is in a lovely, safe neighborhood only a 10 min walk from Prospect Park, close to the Brooklyn botanical garden and Brooklyn museum, and lots of great restaurants. Plenty of gyms nearby as well, if that’s your thing. Would love to answer any questions as well as introduce you to the roomies!

Letter of employment, pay stubs/bank statements, security deposit (one month’s rent to be returned to you at the end of the lease)

Cat living there would be moving out at the end of lease as well and then apartment will be pet friendly.
