Property Details

My husband and I are moving out of our beloved downtown BK luxury building (2 bedroom, 1 bath) with the option to take over our lease from April 1st (though would be willing to consider earlier/end of March as well). The unit we’re in is hard to come by as it’s a corner unit/penthouse with floor to ceiling window views of One World Trade Center and the Chrysler building and plenty of sunlight (with installed blackout shades in the primary bedroom).
It has an in unit washer dryer, 24 hour doorman and rooftop access that can be accessed from the same floor as our unit (43rd floor). It also has amenities on the 18th floor such as additional laundry, full gym, basketball court, bike rack, common area/space, outdoor garden/lounge area, and private room on the 18th floor to reserve for meetings/events. The building is right adjacent to the B/Q/R lines, 5 minute walk to 2/3, 7 minute walk to the A/C/F lines and is a pet friendly building as well. The building also offers weekly yoga classes as well as music classes for young kids. The management team is super responsive to any requests we have and the best perk is it’s right above Dekalb market (where trader joes/target/lululemon and a bunch of food vendors are).

Of note, because this is a lease assignment with the option to renew, the rent from April 1-April 30th would be 5850, moving forwards would be 5900. There may be some flexibility with the starting date by 2-3 days earlier.

Building amenities DO NOT have an extra cost, included part of rent.
