Per Building Management:
Lease assignment: You may assign the lease, as is, to another individual. Applicant will need to provide detailed paperwork and get approved by the owner. Once applicant is approved and a lease assignment form signed by all parties, applicant will take on all lease rights and obligations.

The following paperwork is required for lease assignment:

$20 application fee
Copy of ID, front and back
Proof of income (either in two most recent paystubs, or tax form from 2023)
Record of last six months’ rent payment.

Building is very pet friendly. Renewal info is generally provided by management in Spring to renew for September 1.

Photos are stock photos from building website that are representative of the actual unit. Will post actual photos ASAP. Unit will be repainted by management prior to transfer.
