Price is $2167/month. I'm looking for a person to take over my portion of the lease which runs until Jan. 31, 2026. One tenant in his early 30's is currently living there.

The apartment is spacious, gets plenty of light, and is very close to the park. Kitchen includes a full-sized dishwasher and oven, and the living/dining room is large enough for a dining table and sofa. Furniture is likely welcome if you have any to share! There's coin-op laundry in the basement as well as bike storage.

Access to the F/G at the 7th Ave station is a 5 minute walk away, and time to lower Manhattan is around 25 minutes.

As this is a lease takeover, you'll have to apply through the landlord and chat with the current tenant to make sure it's a good fit. Credit check and proof of income (40x share of rent) is required. Preference given to working professionals with stable income in their late 20s or early 30s. Males preferred.
