Utilities: tenant responsible for ConEd and internet.

Furnishing options: I can definitely leave the full set ($600 worth) of patio furniture which is two chairs, a loveseat, and a table. Can also leave the microwave. As far as main furniture, please message to discuss further options. There may be addition items I can leave depending on the length of your stay.

New tenant can stay and sign a new lease starting July 1 if desired.
