This is a beautiful building with a unique aesthetic and stunning architecture. It is located a convenient 3min walk from the AC trains on Utica Ave, and there are many great restaurants/ cafes/ bars nearby. I have really enjoyed living here, utilizing all the space as a sewing studio/ home. There’s plentyyy of storage, natural light (huge windows!), and all appliances are modern and work great. The high ceilings, ample space and 1.5bath make it great for hosting. There’s also a gym in the basement, laundry, parking garage, bike storage, and outdoor spaces throughout. Pet friendly! It is a first floor unit but raised above ground level, and the street it’s on is very peaceful and quiet (have never had a noise issue). There’s a security guard in the lobby and building group chat that will make you feel at home :).
