Hey y'all! I am seeking someone to takeover my room in this 4br/1ba apartment in Ridgewood with a MARCH MOVE-IN. The lease renews in September, with an opportunity for you to resign if you end up really liking the place! Utilities usually come out to 50-100 bucks a month.
The apartment is a third floor walk-up, with laundry machines for each unit in the basement. The building has roof access.
It is .4 miles to the L/M at Myrtle-Wyckoff, .2 miles to the M at Seneca Av, and a block away from the B38 bus.
Your roommates would be three bi cis gals in their late twenties--Kendra (27, she/her), Emma (27, she/her), and Itzel (27, she/her). I've really enjoyed my time in this apartment largely due to my fabulous roommates! The vibe in the apartment is pretty social, so it would be nice to find someone who likes chatting/watching shows with roommates in the living room and maybe occasionally going out!
You will have to submit an application and be approved by the owner. Security deposit is around $1,100.
No couples. No pets! The apartment is already home to Uncle Vito, a beautiful and fluffy tuxedo cat.
There are four steps before the building's front door. There are a dozen steps down to the basement where the laundry machines are, and another three dozen to reach the unit on the third floor.
