Cost: All in ~ $5,200. Rent is $4,925 (10% from rent due to furnished) in addition to ConEd (electricity, ~ $60-120 based on usage) + Spectrum (internet - flat $86.99). One additional cleaning fee $150 and a $25 background check fee with the super, Superior Management (i.e. we’ll have a signed sublease agreement following).
