The room is in a 3BD/2BA apartment, built in 2023. The lease runs through August 31, 2025, and I’m looking for someone to stay long-term until the end of our lease. You will be living with 2 lovely female roommates and we are looking for a female roommate to fill my spot.

DETAILS
Rent: $1,500 + utilities
Move in: Looking at April 1st but we can try to arrange something as soon as next week.
Security deposit: One month’s rent
Amenities: In-unit washer/dryer, bike room, large gym, and elevator
Utilities: Reliable heating & A/C. Usually comes around to $100/month but can be heftier during cold/hot months
Private balcony: Yes! This room comes with its own private balcony
Bathroom: Bathtub, strong water pressure a LOT of storage inside the closet. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one roommate only. 
Subway: 6 minutes to the 2 & 5 at Winthrop St

Large IKEA closet (outside the room)
Blackout curtains & sheer curtains
I will be moving out with the desk, chair, mirror, sheets and drawers, but the closet inside/outside should be enough to hold your clothes.
