I LOVE this apartment but I have to move back to LA early due to a family situation. The bathroom and kitchen are brand new and were renovated before I moved in 4 months ago. It is a rent controlled pre-war walk up apartment. Very spacious with great light during the day! Plenty of space in the kitchen for a dining nook.

From the building management: A new tenant would need to accept the apartment “as is” with no work or cleaning performed by management, and would likely need to sign a 12-month lease; however, we could potentially negotiate the term length if needed.

Applicants must make a combined yearly gross income (before taxes) equal to 38x the monthly rent: therefore the income requirement would be approximately $82,000 gross annual for this apartment. (For student applicants or applicants who do not meet the income requirement, we do accept guarantors/cosigners, as well as the Rhino program).

Please note that there are pet restrictions (cats okay, NO DOGS permitted, and other pets considered on a case-by-case basis).
