I own this apartment and will be renting it privately (no broker fees). I lived here for 8+ years before moving to the UWS so know all the neighbors and currently sit on the co-op board.

Please note this comes fully furnished but I can remove anything you don't want. I'm not attached to any of the furniture. Furniture will differ slightly from the photos as they are from a year ago. The apartment contains the following:
