Gorgeous, enormous one bedroom in lovely Kensington available. I'm subletting my beautiful, huge one bedroom to the right person or people. This place is full of light, and it really is quite big. I believe that it is about 900 square feet. The apartment features:

- dining area, separate from the kitchen and living room
- oversized living room, large enough for an office space and a living area
- fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher
- spacious bedroom with ample closet space, and a comfy queen size bed. There there are also optional foam mattress toppers for your use should you prefer a softer sleeping surface. The queen size mattress itself is quite firm.
-additional queen-sized mattress and pullout couch - the apartment sleeps 6 total.
- bathroom features both a tub and a shower

There's closet and storage space for you throughout the apartment. You also have access to clean Linens, and plenty of blankets and pillows.

The neighborhood is fantastic, featuring three grocery stores, two organic, one regular, and bars and restaurants. It is near historic and Ditmas Park, which makes a lovely walk. Best of all, it's within walking distance of Prospect Park.

As for expenses in addition to rent, heat is included, as is gas for the stove and oven. Electricity and Wi-Fi are separate charges.

This is a landlord approved sublet, which means you will have access to all the services of the building, including repairs, if needed, by the super.

There is a possibility that this lease could be extended through the summer.

No pets, no smoking.
