ABOUT THE APT
I have been living here happily for two years! The landlord is very responsive and lives on the top floor of the house; the super lives in a studio at the back of the house. The apartment and rooms are fully furnished, including clothes storage. NO PETS PLEASE.
I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, and kind. Looking for someone who is working, in their mid to late 20s. The other rooms are occupied by Joe, a data analyst working for a non-profit who loves playing guitar (acoustic and bass), and Matt, a research fellow who enjoys running and ultimate.
Joe and Matt are very communal, easy-going and social so if you are looking for a roommate to hang out, they are always open but respect alone time too!
