Located on the corner of Halsey Street and Arlington Place, in a beautiful brownstone on a quiet, tree-lined street and just a short walk to the A/C train line. The apartment has been renovated with up updated kitchen and bathroom while mainting many of its antique characteristics, including an antique ornamental fireplace and exposed brick walls. They bay window brings in a lot of extra light.

My lease will go until July 31st, and then the realtor, will provide the opportunity around May to resign for another year if you would like. Will confirm this with landlord, once interest in taking over lease is official expressed.
