There are many families and young professionals that live in the building.

Looking for a laid back, easy-going roommate who is okay living in the retro space. I have many things I value in the place so need someone I can trust, implicitly. I will treat you with the same dignity, privacy and respect.. Also need a roommate who will clean up after themselves. Housekeeper comes twice a month - included in the rent. Costs additional if she also cleans your bedroom.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Need to sign a roommate agreement. Need 1 month rent and 1 month security deposit. Rental is 6 months with 2 months notice required if leaving from the first of the month. Need proof of income. References.
