Place comes furnished with a sofa, couch, dining table, chairs, bed frames, a dresser and mattresses. You get the biggest room and a full private bathroom (toilet, sink, bathtub, shower). In-unit washer and dryer. Free street parking right outside the complex, but there is also garage parking for an additional fee-- I paid $600 for the entire year and am more than willing to pass along the key for an additional fee ($50/mo).

Female unit, the sublease period is 05/19/2025-07/31/2025. There is no security deposit required, but there is a $75 sublease fee (it is $150 total but I'd like to split it). Rent is $458.34 per month (which includes the sanitation fee and wifi, but electricity and water are separate). If you'd like to move in ASAP (5/19), we can figure out the math on May's rent. Green Street Realty requires all applicants to have a credit score of 700+.

This place has super low rent compared to other apartments where you get an entire floor and bathroom to yourself (the bedroom I am currently living in and subletting is the loft). Nearby amenities: the 4 Blue runs basically right up to your door and the Champaign Public Library is directly across the street, which is good if you need to be studying for your summer classes.

$75 sublease fee (it is $150 total but I'm willing to split it) and credit must be 700 or higher due to the leasing agency's rules.
