Lease takeover for my room in a 3Bed/1Bath walkup apartment in the East Village! Move-in can be ASAP, May 1st at the latest.

You absolutely cannot beat the location, so many fun restaurants/shops/nightlife/etc just steps away, and it's right next to Tompkins Square park. Easy access to the L train. I would stay here longer, but I was planning to move out anyway this summer and I found a good deal on a studio so I grabbed it.

You'd be living with two female roommates. The lease is up at the end of August, but you'd have the opportunity to renew. Room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. Bedroom gets great light through the big south-facing windows, and my room faces a courtyard and is on the 4th floor, so pretty quiet. No laundry in-building but plenty of laundromats nearby.

Rent for the room is $1833.34/month. Utilities and internet are paid separately. You would buy me out of my share of the security deposit ($1583.00) but you'd get this back from the landlords upon moving out at the end of the lease if you decide to do so. There is a lease takeover fee which I will cover.
