Additional fees

Additionally, here is the lease takeover process for your reference:

1. The applicant will need to fill out a complete application form. Please note there is a $36 application fee.
2. Once the application is submitted, we’ll review it and conduct a credit and background check.
3. If everything is in order, we’ll send them an invoice for the security deposit.
4. After the security deposit is paid, the application will be forwarded to the committee for approval. They usually respond within 24 hours.
5. If approved, they’ll need to finalize the booking by paying the first month’s rent and signing the lease.
6. Once the above steps are completed, you will sign the termination agreement, and we will process the refund of your security deposit.
7. Lastly, please note that there is a $199 Lease Takeover Fee (which I am will to repay), which must be paid in advance.
