I have lived at the Hub for more than 5 years now and have loved living here. It's a friendly quiet building that is well maintained and offers excellent amenities and social engagement opportunities.

My apartment is quite large and has excellent views both North to Manhattan (Empire State Building, etc.) and East (Brooklyn).

• Two most recent pay stubs or an employment offer letter stating your annual income
• Two most recent bank statements
• A copy of a government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, visa)

Your application will not be considered complete until all of these documents have been received.
