The building is Rivercrossing. River crossing is four blocks north of 96th street, 2 blocks south of 103rd street for easy subway access, express bus access, and right on the FDR. Randalls Island bridge is one block north and there is a Duane Reade and Rite Aid are located across the street along with a deli shop and a small grocery store. Laundry is located in the building, and the apartment is on the ninth floor of an elevator building. The apartment is 4 bedrooms this room being the master bedroom. I am moving because I got a dog and we need our own space. The apartment is big by New York standards and includes a patio that faces north, its a great place to sit now that the weather is nice.
The room is the largest in the apartment and has a view of the east river. I had a queen size platform bed a small couch and desk and a tv with plenty of extra floor space and a big closet with above storage. Internet is 25$ but everything else is included in rent.
The two remaining tenants are a 30 year old female and a 31 year old male both in psychology The third roommate will be determined shortly.
