The West 4th Street Subway Station (A, C, E, and B,D,F, M trains) is a one minute walk away. The East Village, Meatpacking District, High Line, Chelsea, TricBeca and Hudson River are all within a 15 minute walk.

The apartment overlooks a public park and library and has been recently renovated; all rooms have large windows and wooden floors.
