It is the largest room in the apartment, with a nice sized closet, and it fits a queen bed and desk comfortably with room for a dresser/tv/etc. Full kitchen, bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, secure building. Heat and water included. Directly adjacent to F/G/R trains. Nearby grocery store, as well as plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. Rite Aid and bagel shop just at the top of the block.

This would be a lease assignment, so you would be taking over my place on the lease through August, with option to renew in the future. There are two roommates, both graduate students - reliable and friendly. Guarantors happily accepted. Please contact with any additional questions.
