I have a room that I am looking to sublet for 2-3 months. Building is at 34th and 1st. I live with 3 very clean and easy going roommates. It is a 3 bedroom flex apartment, my room is the flex. Biggest benefit? Direct access to balcony with views of the Empire State Building as you lay in bed.

Room comes furnished with a bed if needed, dresser, armoire, and TV. There is a gym located in the building along with a Bread and Butter. Closest grovery stores are Fairway at 31 and 2nd or Trader Joes at 32nd and 3rd. Looking for 3/1-5/31 but doesnt need to be that long!
