- Landlord is GREAT, promptly facilitates any repairs that need to be done, accessible by phone, e-mail, or at his office (right across the hall, very nice because will sign for packages/facilitate repair people coming in when necessary, no need for tenant to be home to receive)

A beautiful apartment of this size at this price in Astoria is impossible to find, will go fast! The landlord is very invested in the community so keeps prices affordable
