Apartment is about 700 sq. ft., all hardwood floors except for tile in the bathroom, which includes a large bedroom with walk-in-closet (fits a king sized bed, office desk/chair, vanity/chair and two dressers set up), open kitchen with modern appliances (gas range, dishwasher) and quartz counters and 3 large coat/storage closets.

We have a huge sectional, big TV/shelving unit, large dining table/chairs and bar cart all set up in the living room area with space to spare. Bedroom and living room each have 3 large windows, lots of natural light.

24 hour doorman building and the super lives on-site (the staff is top notch, every doorman and maintenance guy knows us by name and they're very quick whenever we need something). Building has 3 elevators is wired for both Verizon FIOS and TWC. There's a gym (no fee) and laundry in the basement. Building is pet-friendly as well (again, no fee or extra security deposit and the doormen even buy treats to give our dog).

Parking garage under the building plus 4 more garages on the block. There's Duane Reade on one corner of the block and a Morton Williams supermarket on the other end of the block. Whole Foods is on 57th street.
