I am re-assigning the lease for my beautiful, 31st floor studio apartment in Long Island City. This is my third year in the building, and I would have signed for another if I weren't moving in with my boyfriend!

My ~500 square foot studio is in a modern TFCornerstone building on Center Boulevard, with 24-hour doorman service, mail room, gym and laundry room. The unit offers a modern, open kitchen, contemporary bathroom and two closets. There are large, west-facing windows with amazing Manhattan skyline views and picturesque sunsets seen as far down as the world trade center.

To take in the view from outside, you can head across the street to Gantry Plaza State Park--a green oasis offering an expansive boardwalk, outdoor cafe, dog parks, sports fields and a playground. In addition, there is a Foodcellar Market (think Whole Foods), Duane Reade, and Wine & Spirits store all one block away, as well as my favorite restaurant, Maiella, right across the street. There is also a parking garage across the street with reserved monthly parking, or daily parking if you need it (convenient for visitors). However, Center Boulevard has ample street parking, with no street cleaning restrictions... (yes, you read that correctly!)

I cannot stress enough how lovely this neighborhood is... which is why I'm actually only moving across the street!

With that being said, the lease re-assignment date is extremely flexible. I listed April 1st as the move-in date, however I am happy to work on a date that is convenient for you. In addition, there are two options as far as the length of the lease:

1) Sign a new, one-year lease beginning the date of assignment; or
2) Take over the lease for the remaining term (ending 9/30/18), with the option to renew

Incentives

Tenant is paying the $1,500 lease reassignment fee, and will leave behind some furniture if desired by the new tenant.
