I am moving out of the city for a new job and therefore need to sublet my apartment. Availability is immediate. Can be shown at any time.

Term of my lease is through August 31, which can be extended at that time or you can sign a new 12-month lease now.

Can prorate rent if start/end not at beginning of month.
