This is a lease takeover. You make the contract directly with the leasing office, so no trust issues here(this also means that they will run a credit check on you, and the price cannot be negotiated)

The leasing office offers the same layout of the apartment at $3430, but you can take my place at $3015.

Current lease is until Sep 27. So try the house for a few month, if you like it, extend it.

The building is called Laguna.
Take Path from either Hoboken or Newport Station. They are both 10 min walking distance.
Private security patrols this area, so it's really really safe. You will know when you get here.

10 min walking distance - Newport Mall, Two path stations, Light rail, NJ transit, Ferry, AMC theater, Best Buy, Home Depot, Acme and Hoboken
