Property Details

Hello! I have lived in this gorgeous studio since the fall of 2016, and I'm leaving it only because I have to leave New York for work. I can move out as early as July 15 (though I'd probably prefer to stay until Aug. 1). Assuming you pass a credit check, you would be taking over my lease, which runs until January 14, 2019. (You are then free to renew your lease if you want to).

The unit:
The light and views are incredible -- I can see the Statute of Liberty from my window! There is a washer-dryer in the apartment! And a dishwasher.

The building:
The building has a Club Level that includes a rooftop deck, lounge, full modern gym, and yoga studio (with classes included). I haven't had many maintenance issues, but management is incredibly responsive with a friendly, personal touch. And the doormen are sweet, helpful problem solvers.

The neighborhood:
I have never lived in an apartment so convenient, even in Manhattan. Atlantic Terminal is two steps away, with access to subway lines 2/3, 4/5, N/Q/R, and B/D. The C is about five minutes away at the Lafayette stop. There is a Whole Foods and and an Apple Store IN THE BUILDING. The BAM movie theater and opera house are right across the street. Ft. Greene Park is a five minute walk. The mall in Atlantic Terminal includes a Target, Marshall's, and a DMV. And all along Lafayette, Fulton, and Flatbush Avenue are all the restaurants, bars, and cafes you could want.
