Property Details

A large room is available in a furnished east village apartment that is close to everything in east village but still in its own oasis (Stuytown). Any furniture that you don't need can be removed. The apartment is in an elevator building that includes a laundry room. A gym is available in the complex for membership. Also, the complex includes a small library and its own coffee shop to do work.

Rent is $1650 and utilities are $75 (electricity + internet). I'm leaving the apartment for a job and looking for someone to take over. The lease can be from July 1st (or anytime before the 15th of July) onwards. My roommate has signed a two-year lease. However, you have the option to either stay till September 2018 or extend to 2019 (completely your call).

The room is larger than most regular Manhattan apartments and comfortably fits a queen, a computer desk, drawers, shelves and more (I even have a keyboard in the room and that space could feasibly be used for a small futon - see pics)

Utilities are a set $75 (internet and electricity). No seasonal increase
