I have a large one bedroom (about 800 square feet) on the 29th floor of one of Battery Park’s most desired rental complexes. My unit is below market at the moment and has breathtaking south facing views of Manhattan and where the two rivers meet.

My lease ends at the end of February 2019 and I’m currently looking for someone to take over the lease, complete with option to renew at the end of the lease. The rent is $3,570 per month, considerably below market value – especially considering it’s a high-floor, sun-drenched large unit with stunning views. I currently have the unit converted to a 2BR but can/will take the wall down before I turn over the lease. I also have the apartment painted in different colors but will leave it freshly painted white when I turn over the lease.
