Hello all.
I am moving out for work purposes and am looking for a friendly, clean roommate to take my place. The apartment is a very nice, brand new building located in the financial district on Water st. We are the first tenants to ever live in the apartment unit. The room has its own en-suite bathroom with plenty of space for any kind of bed you wish. Washer and dryer in-unit.
The building has a really nice gym, yoga studio with free yoga, rooftop lounge and a pool! There are no amenities fees!
The roommates are 2 males and 1 female, in our late 20's. We all are nice, polite, and courteous of each other and hang out occasionally, but do not bring the party home. We all work jobs in New York and are regularly busy but make time to make the living very enjoyable.
