The space is isolated, quiet and comfortable despite its amazing location. It faces towards an interior garden area so it's perfectly quiet and cannot hear any street noise.
The space itself is well positioned as a studio and has one large, long room that can be subdivided to create the effect of multiple rooms within the same apartment. I divided it so that one section was a bedroom, one section was a TV room and one section was an office. The apartment also has a small kitchen that is sectioned off from the rest of the apartment, which makes it feel more like a one bedroom rather than a studio. The kitchen has a full size fridge, gas stove top and oven. It has ample room for a rack and a small storage cart.
The large interior hallway and closet provide plenty of access to potential storage.
Lastly, the building has washer and dryer that are accessible in the basement and are available to all tennants who pay an additional $15 per month.
AC is handled through a window unit. Heat is centrally controlled and works very well.
The building doesn't allow pets or smoking.
